Conducto-Lube eliminates the possibility of switches freezing under heavy usage.
Conducto-Lube is successful in reducing resistance in hinge joint and knife blade switches due to arcing because the solids in the lubricant eventually imbed themselves into the minute imperfections of the contact surface resulting in an extremely smooth surface.
The silver used has particles that are 3-4 microns in size.
